SEE JEFF'S HEALTH TIPS:

Don't focus so much on what you are eating, but rather how much, when, and why you are eating it! There really are not any "bad" foods. If eaten in moderation sweets, fast food, etc. are not wrong. What is more important is avoiding "super sized" portions, emotional or social eating (eating just because you are depressed or because everyone else is), and only eating huge meals once or twice a day. The human body is a machine and functions best when allowed to establish an efficient routine. Not unlike a car, the digestive system works best when it can be on cruise control. If you take in regular, small amounts of calories every 2-3 hours during the day instead of 2 or 3 large meals spread out by several hours, you can actually eat more and not gain any weight. The key is to raise your body’s metabolism to its highest point for maximum efficiency.
