CONSULTATION

($50) One-on-one discussion of current circumstances and goals, with development of detailed training/fitness plan

FITNESS ASSESSMENT

($50) Empirical analysis of current fitness, including measurement of weight, body fat percentage, circumferences, and analysis of strength, flexibility and balance

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

(1-hour sessions--$75/session; $700/10; $1300/20)

Individualized instruction regarding nutrition, health and exercise (1-hour sessions)

PARTNERS/GROUP TRAINING

(1-hour sessions—$100 individual session; $900/10; $1600/20)

Same as Individual Training, but sessions are shared by two or more people (more cost effective than individual sessions)

KIDS TRAINING

(1-hour sessions - $50)

Instruction geared to children between the ages of 6-17, with an emphasis on integrating
strength training, endurance training and nutrition into their daily routines


TRAINING FOR OLDER ADULTS

(1-hour sessions - $50)

Instruction geared to the health and fitness needs of older adults to enhance strength,
balance, flexibility and good nutrition

(monthly fees based on frequency)

For clients on the go, we offer phone and e-mail consultations

PROGRAM DESIGN

($100—included with Training Package)

Construction of progressive, adaptable fitness regimen specifically tailored to the needs and goals of the individual; can be done via phone or e-mail

FITNESS SEMINAR/PRESENTATION

A 60-90 minute presentation on a specific topic or topics, conducted onsite for groups, schools or businesses
